 Our business, which is described in detail within this web site, is all about people - our dedicated staff and managers, our commercial partners and, of course, our customers. Our philosophy is always to strive to offer each of these groups of people as positive, professional and high-quality a service as possible.
Both of our core businesses, retail and spa, continue to grow and thrive. Over the past weeks we have won the Maritime Retailer of The Year award again, and recruited a very experienced new Director of Buying in Trevor Moore. I believe that the former indicates the strength of the business and what we have achieved, and the appointment of Trevor gives us further strength as we build the future. Whilst the economic environment is undoubtedly uncertain, the cruise industry continues to thrive with new ship orders at an all time high. Virtually all of our customers have increased the sizes of their fleets and we have also been successful in securing new cruiseline customers too.
Our spa division, rebranded as theonboardspacompany, and now operating as a joint venture with Multitrax, is really thriving in this new structure, developing state of the art offerings and driving both revenues and passenger satisfaction ratings.
